I am a passionate DJ and all-around music lover. I have been DJ'ing for over 10 years in clubs, bars, and private functions. I truly enjoy every set I do and alongside my family, is the most important thing in my life. I got into DJ'ing when I was 15 and needed to study something outside of normal classes at school. During university, I was able to experience music from around the world from my international friends and so started playing at international parties. This has enabled me to have a wide source of tastes and representations. I am comfortable with most genres and would say I have an additional specialty in, Latin, Afro, Dancehall, Club, and House. I want to share my love of music with you and give you a true night to remember. I set high professional standards for myself and will always deliver high-quality customer satisfaction. A key highlight for me so far has been setting up regular events in my town of Nottingham and experiencing great parties with like-minded music lovers.

Dj Latif recently did my 40th birthday party and he was great. He took the time to have an online call with me a week before the event in order to get a feel for me & the music that I wanted for the event. He was very flexible and accommodating for when that call could be, which was great. On the night itself he stayed for much longer than I had initially booked him for & he dealt with some pretty regular requests from some of my friends & he seamlessly fitted them into his set. It was a great night and he certainly played his part. I would thoroughly recommend.

Latif was the perfect DJ, amazing communication, amazing song choices during the event and amazing song suggestions pre event. You could not find a more down to earth easy to chat to DJ. The venue we had our wedding at said he was the best DJ they had had in a long time and all of our guests loved him. We were dancing all night, I genuinely have never danced as much as I did that night. Don't even question it just book him and save your searching time for other activities. He is THE DJ you want. Latif is also an absolute gem of a human and you'll have a great time chatting to him.

If you're looking for a diverse mix of music genres, both old and new and someone who can blend it all together seamlessly then I would highly recommend hiring DJ Latif. For my wedding this year (2023) my wife and I were searching for someone who could play Arabic, English and Indian music as well as some old and new within those genre's and DJ Latif delivered. We got a lot of comments back from our guests on the day about how fun the music was as well as how well he mixed the music together and he managed to keep lots of people up on the dance floor. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and is very transparent with what he can deliver and how he likes to operate. I wouldn't hesitate to get in contact if your needs are anything like the one's my wife and I had.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Khuram was so kind to everyone and was really accommodating to everyone’s needs. Due to his contribution he helped us raise a lot of money for three charities that are close to our hearts. The event was a massive hit, everyone loved not only the music but the man behind the decks as well! We will be looking to use him again in future as he was absolutely incredible!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

They love my passion and enthusiasm. I have a wide range of music tastes and excellent DJ skills to back upt he talent. You will be getting a Club experienced DJ for any event, both private and corporate.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

This is not a complete list as I have performed at over 100 venues around the UK. Tiger Tiger Magic Garden Wax Bar Hull Student Union Bar Fusion Bar Sankies Propaganda The Welly Pryzm The Carriage Hall Many many pubs and booking halls!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I love such a wide range of artists but my personal tastes lie in Latin, Afro, Dancehall, and Hip-Hop.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Tiger Tiger in Manchester in front of 1000+ people!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always try to accomodate any timing changes, just let me know and I will work with you to make sure your event is a success.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

All playlist and even pre recorded sets are purchasable.

How much time do you need to set up?

I typically need around 45 minutes to set up, depends on venue and any particular needs.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

The set is completley customisable and you can choose any type of music you like. Happy to discuss any needs before the event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I bring all equipment and I would just need access to an eletrical socket. i have my own extensions and am PAT tested.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I can get a custom playlist curated just for your event.
