Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Upon request I can perform with piano and cello as a three part group, however the price will rise to fit the addition of two players.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

This shouldn't be too much of a problem if you let me know in advance. I am usually very flexible so can fit around you!

How much time do you need to set up?

Not a huge amount of time. Mic's will need to be provided in which case i will only need however long that will take to set up- usually around 10-15 minutes sometimes 30.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes! I ask everyone I play for to come up with pieces you would want to hear. I do not charge for additional requests if made early enough!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I do not bring mics as I have had them damaged or stolen in the past.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I can if given enough warning. Pop and modern pieces are difficult to come by due to their copyright and so I need ample time to arrange it if I cannot find the music online or in my collection.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I am told I am a very expressive player who i able to draw out every last drop of emotion and feeling from a page of music. I am there to make you feel special and not just be a player in a room.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed at many different venues ranging from huge concert halls to small personal events. Notable venues include: Queen Elizabeth Hall London, Charlton House Hampshire, a performance for royalty in Winchester and many others.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

For me personally I am influenced by those who can show an audience why they love what they do. Violinists such as Perlman or Vengerov particularly stand out to me.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Probably performing for royalty in a Winchester Cathedral garden party in which myself and my group were the main attraction.
