Connor Arnold

Connor Arnold was the music director for my band, The Marley Armstrong Combo, while on board the Norwegian Getaway. He arranged all of the charts, adjusting them to my specific requests, and musically directed the band during rehearsals. He kept the music completely in line with my vision all while also improving the sound exponentially with his own expertise and creative vision. He also performed with and led the band during performances, setting tempos and leading in the songs. When the band had an opportunity to debut in at the Groucho Club, London, Connor walked our new musician through the charts beforehand and led the band during the performance, pulling off a successful performance all without rehearsal. Connor is meticulous, hard-working, and always sensitive to the artists’ vision, I would recommend him the most highly!

Connor was the ideal music captain for our cast of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and BROADWAY UNPLUGGED on the Norwegian Getaway. His attention to detail and inspiring work ethic led the cast through the contract and kept the integrity of the shows in tact. His calming presence in the room allows people to feel supported while keeping morale high. Connor is truly a pleasure to work with. His kindness and talent are unmatched.
