With a background in rock 'n' roll, and his professional experience as an actor musicianship in musical theatre, Connor offers a series of personable, and intuitive musical experiences suited for any and all occasions. Hailing from The Wirral, UK, Connor trained in London at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts as an Actor Musician. He has entertained passengers onboard the Norwegian Getaway as Carl Perkins in MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, a show about on the night that Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins played together for the first and only time. He was music captain and so responsible for the musical integrity of the two 7 month contracts. While onboard he created new shows for guests such as The Marley Armstrong Combo, a jazz cinquet. He has toured Europe and the UK as a 50’s rock ’n’ roll guitarist with bands such as "Lipstick On Your Collar", "The Runaround Kids" and "Buddy Holly and the Cricketers". Connor's own material can be found on most digital platforms.

Connor Arnold was the music director for my band, The Marley Armstrong Combo, while on board the Norwegian Getaway. He arranged all of the charts, adjusting them to my specific requests, and musically directed the band during rehearsals. He kept the music completely in line with my vision all while also improving the sound exponentially with his own expertise and creative vision. He also performed with and led the band during performances, setting tempos and leading in the songs. When the band had an opportunity to debut in at the Groucho Club, London, Connor walked our new musician through the charts beforehand and led the band during the performance, pulling off a successful performance all without rehearsal. Connor is meticulous, hard-working, and always sensitive to the artists’ vision, I would recommend him the most highly!

Connor was the ideal music captain for our cast of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and BROADWAY UNPLUGGED on the Norwegian Getaway. His attention to detail and inspiring work ethic led the cast through the contract and kept the integrity of the shows in tact. His calming presence in the room allows people to feel supported while keeping morale high. Connor is truly a pleasure to work with. His kindness and talent are unmatched.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always try to do my best to be flexible to ensure a smooth successful event. Just keep me as updated as possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

No.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually give myself at least an hour prior to the performance to ensure a smooth start.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I'm always open to suggestions, requests and tastes.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list there may still be a chance I already know it. if there's a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £20 per song for this service.
