Connie Chatwin is a versatile Violinist and Singer, based in Guildford. She had classical training in Violin and also studied Jazz singing at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, to which she joined with a full scholarship. She has decided to pursue a varied career ranging from classical orchestral playing, to touring with indie/rock bands. She's played for the likes of Sam Smith, Jess Glyne, Dawn Penn, and recorded for James Arthur and other bands resulting in recordings at Abbey Road, Rak, Angel and other notable studios.
She has toured Europe with Manchester based "Money", and London based "Wooden Arms", a performed at several popular festivals with various bands.
She's experienced in many genres being a regular member of several function and Ceilidh bands.
She recently appeared on a Sky Arts documentary about the life of Mick Ronson.
