I learnt jazz piano when I began my BSc in Applied Medical Sciences at UCL under Shan Verma, a student of Bebop legend Barry Harris in 2015-2018. I started playing at weekly jam sessions in 2016 and have continued whilst pursuing my masters, firstly in Forensic Science, at King’s College London in 2019-2021 and then 2022-2023 in Neuroscience at UCL. I am currently working as a research technician in pain neurobiology at Queen Mary University of London. Past/current experiences: - Annual events at private residential halls (trio/small band) - Weekly jams at Uni Jazz Societies - Charity events, notably a charity concert, where I held the responsibilities as the concert manager, organised in liaison, with the Royal Free Hospital Charity (trio)
