Biography I started playing the violin at age 8 and from the very first lesson I knew this was what I wanted to do. My love of the violin and hard work in the ensuing years allowed me to win many awards and gain a scholarship at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. After graduation I quickly started playing with professional orchestras, and have worked with a range of artists and played in amazing venues including the Royal Albert Hall. I have worked for many different clients including Kind Charles and accompanied well known artists in the South West. I am passionate about composing and have a love for blending musical genres to create new and exciting sounds.

Claire is an outstanding musician who made our daughters wedding special. Communication was easy and Claire listened to what was required even changing the song choice to allow our granddaughter to sing alongside her. A wonderful day thank you Claire. We would highly recommend Claire to be a part of anyone's celebrations.

Book Claire! Claire was so wonderful to work with before and after our big day! She was super communicative with me before my wedding and made the process so smooth for us too. We were eloping abroad so time zones were a bit tricky on my end but she was more than kind and made our day so much more intimate and special. She’s talented and you won’t be disappointed either. We booked Claire after being let down by another supplier not responding to us 4 weeks before the wedding - she responded immediately, even offering to come back from her holiday a day early to play for us. She was absolutely incredible (the violin was my non-negotiable for the wedding) and it was everything we pictured and more. I have some amazing memories and videos of my bridesmaids practicing walking down the aisle in their pj’s whilst she was playing for them and won’t forget the smile on my face when I saw her when I got to the end of the aisle. The guests were all commenting on how amazing it was and my sister in law now wants to book for her wedding!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, she went above and beyond for us at short notice. We couldn’t thank her enough - Mr & Mrs James xxx

Do you have different line-up options?

I am a solo violinist however i am also able to play as a violin/piano or violin and guitar duo if reqested

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I am happy to chat through and make sure I find out what music you love. You can pick songs from my set list and i am also happy to arrange songs not already on there.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument and PA system

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
