Christopher Elliott has been a performer for over 17 years and has been part of many choral ensembles and groups. He has sung in oratorios, musicals and operettas. Having a passion for music since he was a young lad at school, he has performed across Europe, from Spain to Prague, singing solos in Barcelona Cathedral, Gerona Cathedral and many other prestigious places.
He has performed with Lesley Garrett in Sheffield City Hall as part of Dore Male Voice Choir and has been a member of Leeds Festival Chorus, performing with Andrea Bocelli at Sheffield Arena. For a number of years, he has been an active member of a Gilbert and Sullivan Society in Sheffield, taking the lead role of Cyril in Princess Ida.
In 2017, Christopher graduated from Leeds College Of Music with a BA honours in Classical Music. During his studies, highlights included the three Opera Scenes projects and portraying Filch in The Beggars Opera, directed by Geraldine Cassidy.
Throughout his time at Leeds College Of Music, Christopher proved his ability to confidently express music. The major performance aspect was to deliver a solo recital of approximately 30 minutes of a varied program. He selected music from German lieder, Italian song and English song cycle, also rising to the challenge of difficult opera and oratorio pieces.
