Christopher graduated with first class honours from the RIAM in Dublin where he studied with Sebastian Liebig. His studies culminated with a performance of Wieniawski Violin Concerto No.2 at the National Concert Hall. Christopher is an experienced orchestral musician and led the RIAM Symphony, Opera and Chamber Orchestras. He is a deputy first violinist with the RTE National Symphony Orchestra and RTE Concert Orchestra. In August 2016, he led the NCH-formed Sinfonua orchestra for an all-American programme featuring pianist Michael McHale. Christopher is also a renowned teacher and achieved distinction in the Teaching Diploma LRIAM. He has taught group-projects in schools across Dublin and has conducted student orchestras.
