Chris Mackay

Joined my first band at the age of 17, have played in front of 900 people plus also played the smaller pub scenes anywhere from 40 people up to 200 people. Have played various local festivals and also helped out by recording drums for local bands who were looking for a drummer in the mean time. I have played many covers over the years and also originals. Since I was 7 years old I always knew what I wanted to do when I grew up, music is my passion and not just a hobby. I love the feeling you get once you have taken the time to learn song's and being able to feel really satisfied with how you have progressed, either in the practice room or with an actual band and being able to feel proud of the effort everyone and yourself have put into it. I perform music for the joy I get out of it. I love it when you see people dancing and clapping along to the songs while you are playing, nothing can beat that feeling of how all these strangers became as one for that evening and seeing each other enjoying themselves with everyone in the same room and leaving happy at the end of show.
