Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
Just keep me informed of any changes, the sooner I know the better, I always try to be flexible with adjustments.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
I can indeed, happy to provide music before I start and in between sets for free, if you'd like a DJ set afterwards it costs a small extra fee.
How much time do you need to set up?
When solo, it just takes me about 30 mins to set up and sound check. Can play music in the background while I am doing this. When I am with the full band it can take up to an hour and a half
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yeah if there are songs you definitely want me to play then sure let me know which ones. Also let me know any that you would prefer I didn't play.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
If required I can bring all of my own sound and lighting equipment
Can you learn song requests before the event?
I can indeed, just give me enough notice and I will. If its a song I can use for other events then I am happy to learn it for no extra fee, however if its a song that is a bit more obscure or won't be suitable for future sets then a fee may be charged.
What do your clients love most about your performances?
They love the power of my voice and how upbeat I am. Really good at getting a crowd singing along and dancing. I've also been told they love the eclectic mix of songs I do.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
Oh wow, too many to mention, I've been doing this professionally for years so I have played most of the wedding venues in Cheshire now, I am pretty well known around the Manchester music scene with residencies at Fab and Flour and Flagon plus residency at The Book in West Derby, Liverpool.
I am playing lots of festivals this year too!
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
I love Pink, Guns n Roses, Aretha Franklin, Cyndi Lauper, Queen, Blondie and loads more.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Solo my biggest performances I would say were at Cambridge Junction for the Gin and Pizza Festival which was too a sold out crowd of 800 people. I also played the Foodies Festival at Tatton Park last year with my bassist supporting Toploader,
