Charlotte Counter is a classical saxophonist studying at Leeds College of Music under the tuition of Sarah Markham. During her studies, Charlotte performed in the prestigious International Concert Season and performed alongside Marc Almond in concerts off his solo Album. As a multi-instrumentalist, she is a passionate teacher working with schools and students around Leeds, also working with local musical theatre companies regularly performing around the UK in numerous shows and events. Charlotte is part of the established Aurous Quartet, a saxophone quartet comprising of classical and jazz students at Leeds College of Music, performing regularly around the UK. Recently she has performed in masterclasses with top saxophonists Lynn Klock, Jérôme Laran, Michael Duke and Philippe Geiss.
