Charlie Miller

We are a collective of experienced, enthusiastic, energising jazz musicians and dancers based in Brighton, currently doing about 250 gigs a year. We have been gigging professionally for years with many varying different groups of contrasting genres, including jazz, funk, soul, reggae, ska, rock, pop, and many more. We play a variety of events, venues, and festivals including Love Supreme Jazz Festival, Rock Oyster festival supporting Nile Rodgers and Chic, to luxury events including weddings and private parties, as well as cooperate events, and occasional public gigs at small venues to stay in touch with our local following. Many of us are teachers and events managers outside of performance. Music and performance energises us all, creating the unique, wonderful relationship between audiences and musicians. There is no better way we can spread our passion and joy than through music. We can offer live acts between two to seven musicians, featuring Flugelhorn, Saxophone, Vocals, Guitar, Piano, Double Bass and/or Drums. We can also offer interactive swing dance lessons as part of the act.
