Charles Pam is a Cambridge/London based solo artist, singer&songwriter, music producer who plays pop, soul, jazz classics as well as his originals in live events. Pam’s songs “Rolling Again”, “Give ‘em Back”, “Moving On” have been featured in BBC radios, Amazing Radio US and UK, Spitfire Radio US and also in well known music blogs such as RCM, A&R Factory, WRAM, UMB. Charles studied classical and jazz music composition, and music production/sound engineering in the university. He also was performing as a solo artist, touring in Europe and working as a music producer during his education. He graduated with a degree with honour as a top third student of his department.

Charles performed at my birthday party and absolutely elevated the whole evening. His voice, musicianship, and energy created such a warm and joyful atmosphere! Everyone was captivated from the first song. The mix of pop, soul, and jazz was perfectly balanced, and he read the crowd effortlessly. What do your clients love most about your performances?

They love the warm, soulful atmosphere I create and how naturally I connect with the audience. My voice tone, song choices, and delivery always stand out. People genuinely enjoy the music, and I often find them singing along right where they sit.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I’ve performed at venues including The Lodge Duxford, The Ivy, Century Members’ Club, Cambridge University events, boutique hotels, and restaurants across London and Cambridge. I’ve also played at Zorlu Center in Turkey, high-end river cruises like Golden Bay, and toured across Europe in cities such as Amsterdam, Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava, and Basel.

Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Elvis Presley, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Bruno Mars, Nat King Cole, Bill Withers, Robbie Williams, etc. Probably artists who blend soul, groove, and storytelling.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I’ve shared the stage with artists like Sezen Aksu and Alessandro Safina, performed in front of over 5,000 people, and played at celebrity wedding after-parties. My performances have also included luxury events and private shows across the UK and Europe.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That’s no problem, I’ll always do my best to accommodate small timing changes. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day changes may be possible depending on my schedule and availability.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, I can provide background music between sets at no extra cost. If you’d like a DJ-style service after the final set, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually need around 60–90 minutes to set up and soundcheck before the performance, but I can be ready in as little as 20 minutes if needed.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course! I’m happy to discuss your preferences and tailor the set list to suit your event. I also have a song pool that could inspire you.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I bring my own instrument and sound setup suitable for most small to medium-sized venues.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, I can learn a special song for your event with advance notice. A small rehearsal fee may apply.
