Most recently Cerian worked with Radiohead, singing backing vocals (soprano 1) on Radiohead's latest album, Mercury-nominated "A Moon Shaped Pool", and also sang on the number one classical charting soundtrack to the Burberry fashion show with Ilan Eshkeri and the LCO, along with numerous other Burberry campaigns. In her work as a session singer Cerian has sung on recordings and in performances with artists such as Laura Mvula ('Sing to the Moon with Metropole Orkest at Abbey Road'), Sam Smith, Imogen Heap, Basement Jaxx, Nitin Sawhney, Guy Sigsworth, Shlomo, Newton Faulkner, Charlotte Church, Kate Nash, Ella Eyre, Amber Run & Claire Maguire. Cerian is a member of London's leading alternative choir London Contemporary Voices, and regularly sings with established session orchestras London Contemporary Orchestra and London Metropolitan Orchestra (AIR Studios / RAK Studios / SARM Studios). Cerian has sung in solo and choral contexts on numerous occasions for BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 3 and Naxos, and at prestigious events and live performances including the BBC Proms, Glastonbury Festival, iTunes Festival, Royal Albert Hall, Roundhouse, Union Chapel and Ronnie Scott's. She has also recorded and worked with brands such as Sky, Talk Talk TV, Playstation, EA Games, Landcover and Edition. As a singer-songwriter, Cerian has been a BBC Introducing featured artist, and has played at events and venues such as Glastonbury Festival, Ronnie Scott's, Village Underground and Bush Hall. She is looking forward to releasing her new EP in Autumn 2017. Cerian owns her own PA and equipment, and enjoys gigging as a singer and multi-instrumentalist at weddings, functions, parties and events, in a solo, duo or ensemble context. She sings and plays harp, piano and guitar and plays a range of contemporary chart and classic chart music, as well as classical, folk and light jazz. Cerian is an advanced and experienced sight-reader, and a regular dep on the London choral scene. She has a very wide range (3 octaves upwards from Eb below middle C) and versatile voice, flexible and at ease in any genre (classical / pop / musical theatre / jazz). She can also create parts and harmonies by ear and write choral arrangements. Cerian has worked as a private music teacher for over 10 years, teaching singing, piano and music theory.
