Formed Of some of Cambridgeshire’s most in demand session and theatre musicians. We are out there to help people dance, and have a great time. Our joint wealth of experience ranges from thousands of wedding and corporate gigs as a band and with some of the UK's most popular function bands and agencies, to international theatre tours. What we've learnt from these experiences, we bring to you as a band. Be that our wide musical catalogue to the fact We carry state of the art sound and light equipment and an engineer to run it all so you can have a premium quality product for your event.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

We are a highly experienced young, high energy band playing a carefully curated set to cater to all ages and tastes. We take great pride in being described as professional and easy to deal with. It is our aim to make your events as easy to organise as possible.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Alton towers. Landbeach party in the park. Numerous wedding venues across England. Private events.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Almost always. We aim to keep our lineup consistent, unlike some agency type bands who send a different set of musicians each time. Obviously we can’t account for illness and other last minute situations in which case a high quality dep may be used.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our standard lineup is Drums, Bass, Keys ,Guitar, male and female lead vocals. You can add horns as an additional optional extra - such as any or all of sax, trumpet and trombone. We can also offer an acoustic duo.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We prefer to set the band up earlier in the day to get a soundcheck , so timings for the evening don’t tend to cause problems. For the most part we’re flexible around your ever changing needs, just keep in contact. Drastic time changes, performance extensions or reductions must be agreed to a minimum of 24 hours before the last agreed booking time.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We’re happy to provide music via a music player / app / etc to keep your guests entertained before and between our sets. If you’re after more music after our final set we are happy to keep the music playing until we finish packing away. We’re happy to provide an additional service past that but we it will include an additional fee

How much time do you need to set up?

We prefer to set up in a space earlier in the day before any guests arrive and include that as a part of our standard quote. We’re able to set up later and typically need around 1-1.5 hours however this would need to be discussed for health and safety reasons.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We constantly refine our set list based on experience and are constantly expanding our repertoire. We’re more than happy to be accommodating to making sure to play songs from our list , just get in touch and we’ll work out what works.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes. We include our PA , lights and sound engineer in our quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We are happy to do a special song or songs at requests (eg a first dance ) included in our quote (where instrumentation and vocal ranges allow). Additional song requests can be accommodated but may incur an additional fee - get in touch and discuss

Centre Stage performed at our community festive fundraising event: raising money for mental health services in Cambridgeshire and local communities. Their performance was authentic, energised, and brilliant sounds and songs! Brilliant engagement with the audience & a very talented band. Their authenticity goes beyond their music, as they show great care, consideration, and flexability with all the communication & practical aspects of event management. Thank you so much Centre Stage for the electric-festive, and all-together fantastic performance!

We booked Centre Stage Band to play at our wedding party and cannot recommend them highly enough. This very talented group delivered tune after tune. We worked with them to develop the playlist and it's fair to say it was eclectic! Over three sets, Centre Stage Band performed a wide range of classics all the way through to current hit tracks and even learned to play a special song we requested. Everyone spent the majority of the evening on the dance floor. They were hugely professional, went down really well with all our guests and made our special evening all the more memorable. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them again at the next big event we throw!
