Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
We are fun loving musicians who respond to the crowd. We want you to enjoy yourselves and adapt our set to what goes down well.
We vary the tunes and tempos. Often described as uplifting, also slow and sensitive if required. The music we play is infectious.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We perform at parties, weddings, country fayres and shows, pubs, beer festivals, garden parties, funeral/wakes. Indoors or outdoors, centre stage or as background music.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Our favourite irish music is by Lunasa, Beoga, Dervish, Altan, Liz Carroll, The Waterboys.
Do you have different line-up options?
Our line-up is usually violin, guitar, bass guitar & vocals/cajon drum.
A different line-up is violin and guitar.. This does not include singing.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
Timings are flexible to being changed
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes, absolutely fine.
How much time do you need to set up?
It takes 1 - 1.5 hours to set up before we start. We can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere whilst we do this.
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes, if required. We have cordless attachments to our PA if required. Please ask if you would like this as we don't bring it automatically.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Full PA is included in our quote
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Possibly. There is an additional fee of £30 per musician for this service to take into account rehearsal times.
