Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients tend to rave about the band’s high level of showmanship & crowd engagement, as well as our warm & friendly approach, bespoke service and special attention to detail.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
Wedding venues, hotels, members clubs, sports clubs, theatres, bars, restaurants, festivals, markets, fairs.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Real folklore belongs to the folk - We're mostly inspired by people, pure love of music and artistic conviction.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Hurlingham Club, Hospital Club, Bloomberg, KPMG, TEZENIS to name a few.
Can you perform covers?
Besides standard Irish & Scottish repertoire, we specialise in offering a happy mix of traditional & contemporary, to appeal to any crowd.
For weddings - We also offer a set of traditional Ceilidh dancing, followed by a set of function music. The guitar is swapped for electric, the accordion for keys, the flute for sax and the percussion for drums.
Do you have different line-up options?
1pc = Vocals, guitar, harmonica, percussion
2pc = Vocals, guitar, harmonica, percussion, fiddle/flute

What if my timings change after I've booked you?
When you book with us, we keep that date & time in our diary just for you. We understand that timings for any event can vary and always remain as flexible as possible within reason, while communicating with you prior to and throughout the event. Please note: Additional fees may apply for finishing after midnight (in line with Musician Union regulations).
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
All our bookings include a bespoke DJ playlist service throughout the event, tailored with all your song requests. Live DJ sets are also available at a special price.
How much time do you need to set up?
We offer flexible setup solutions for all types of events and in discussion with the client, venue & event planner will ensure our setup time meets the event timings & specifications.
Do you provide a caller?
We work with some of the best callers, who are guaranteed to get even the shyest of novices off their feet.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
You can select ALL your songs, tunes & dances. You can even select some songs which aren’t on our list. We love learning new songs, and ensuring your show is fully-tailored and unique to your event.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA) included in your quote?
Indeed. Remember, bands can only sound as good as the amplification they’re playing through. That's why we use PAT tested high-end amplification, as well as party, stage & mood lighting with a dedicated engineer, to ensure everything looks & sounds just right all throughout your event.
* Make sure to ask your venue whether or not they use a noise limiter.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes. Learning new songs keeps us quick on our feet and keeps our repertoire fresh. This will normally be free of charge.
* In case you have an exceptional request (i.e song arrangement for a large band or a large number of songs especially prepared) we may have to charge a bit extra.
