The band appeared 'live' on the BBC Radio Scotland 'Hogmanay' show for 8 years and recently played at Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games as well as the Rudolstadt and Orkney Festivals Band members have been featured in TV dramas like BBC's Monarch of the Glen and STV's Heartless ! 3 of the band members were nominated for Trad Awards in 2014.

We booked Ceilidh Minogue for our wedding, and they were absolutely delightful from start to finish. First and foremost, they are an excellent ceilidh band. Two of the band played at the ceremony, and then all three at our reception ceilidh. They were very clear in their communications about the type of music they'd be playing and we got exactly what we asked for. The guys themselves were lovely and really accommodating, nothing was a problem for them or fazed them at all - which was very, very welcome given the stress of the morning! I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your wedding I'd you are considering them. Our guests loved them as much as we did!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

The band features some of the best traditional players in Scotland. The music is lively and varied.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have played all the major venues in Scotland including Gleneagles hotel, Stirling and Edinburgh Castles, the Roman Camp, Glasgow Hilton and many others.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Lots of influences from Jimmy Shand to Ally Bain and Count Basie !

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We were the house band for Radio Scotland’s Hogmanay Show ‘Live’ for 8 years. We have played many festivals across Europe. We played at the Commonwealth Zgames in 2014 and at the Trad Awards from 3015-2019.
