I am a freelance Clarinettist and private tutor in the Cardiff and Carmarthenshire areas. I am in my 1st year studying BMus Classical Clarinet at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama studying under Lenny Sayers (BBC NOW). I have lots of solo and orchestral experience including being a member of the prestigious National Youth Orchestra of Wales. I am also a member of many wind ensembles. My previous teachers include John Cooper (BBC NOW - Clarinet, Saxophone and Eb) and Georgina Davies. I have worked under the direction of many great conductors including - Carlo Rizzi, Natalia Luis-Bassa, Ben Gernon, Meyrick Alexander and Rebecca Miller. I have also had side by side coaching with the London Mozart Players and had a weeks work experience with BBC NOW. As a fluent Welsh speaker I am confident in teaching in both welsh and English. I have supported county, six counties and National ensembles for many years covering a variety of Orchestral and Wind Orchestra repetoire. I look forward to enhancing my performance and teaching opportunities in the future to continue my development as a professional Musician.
