Caroline Bordignon is a Canadian composer and fine artist based in the UK. Currently she participating in the 2019-2020 London Symphony Orchestra Panufnik Composer’s Scheme. Her works have been performed at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Music Room, the Illuminate Women's Music Series also broadcast on BBC Radio 3, the Equator Festival at King’s Place London, the International Sound in the Land Music Festival and the Northern Chords Festival. Caroline has participated in master classes with artists such as the BBC Singers lead by Judith Weir, Psappha, Eleanor Alberga, Anders Hillborg and Deborah Pritchard. Currently she is a PhD Candidate in composition at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, UK with Adam Gorb and Laura Bowler. She seeks to explore aspects of colour, light, space, time and ways in which these interrelate through visual and musical expression synaesthetically. Her focus is to create visual and musical works together with the objective of establishing single, yet varied and complimentary art forms.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event please let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes.

How much time do you need to set up?

For live painting I usually need about half an hour to set up for a standard canvas/easel set up. This could vary depending on the venue and if you would need a custom set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
