About Camden Quartet

We are a String Quartet who have been playing together for two years. We all study at the Camden School for Girls Sixth Form.

The Camden Quartet was formed in September 2024 as all four players were members of the National Youth Orchestra and students at Camden School for Girls. Following a term of Sunday coaching with Beares Chamber Music, the quartet has given a performance of the complete Brahms String Quartet No. 3. In April, they will perform the Brahms with Ravel String Quartet in Riverhouse Barn Centre. As well as this programme, they can learn new string quartet repertoire quickly.
