What if my timings change after I've booked you?
It depends on the amount of notice given - the earlier I know, the more flexible I can be for changes. If timings run over on the day, I won't just walk out of your event when the time is up, however a modest fee might be incurred. If the date of your event changes, the earlier you let me know, the more likely it is that I will be available on the new date.
How much time do you need to set up?
Ideally I like to arrive 1-1.5hrs before the performance time, as it gives time to unload the gear, find somewhere to park nearby, set and warm up ready to play for you!
Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?
All travel costs will be factored into the quote.
Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?
If you require an amp, then electricity will be required. If it is raining, I will need full cover or to play indoors, as the harp is valuable and could be damaged. It is not possible to play the harp on grass or muddy surfaces, so an easily accessible flat surface would be required.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
I arrange a consultation prior to your event where we can discuss the sort of music you would like, so yes, definitely!
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
There is an additional fee of £30 if I need to learn an extra piece - this is non refundable and is paid at the time of the deposit, and is used to cover purchase of the music, rehearsal time etc.
What do your clients love most about your performances?
The personal touch of meeting beforehand, joined with the passionate performance given and the clear love of music that comes through in all of my playing.

Cardiff Business School, Aberconway Hall (Cardiff), All-Saints Church (Barry), Cardiff Golf Club, Miskin Manor, Elgar Concert Hall (Birmingham), etc.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Other harpists, and definitely my teachers!
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Playing Ceremony of Carols in the Elgar Concert Hall alongside UoB Music Society's SSA Choir, Christmas 2018.
