CB+ are a Leeds based contemporary function band, playing their own versions of pop classics from the 60s to present day. CB+ are a varied lineup band, with options from an acoustic duo up to a full 12 piece band, made up a collection of the North of England’s finest musicians, with honours degrees from leading music university, Leeds conservatoire. Formed in mid 2021 they have soon become one of the top bands in Yorkshire, playing all over the country in bars, pubs and venues, for numerous and events, parties and weddings!

The band went down extremely well. They were there on time. They were set up. They wouldn't take the fee off me until after they had played. Charlotte and the guys were a great addition to the day. They filled the gap between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast perfectly. I had numerous guests asking who and where I got the band from and I told them it was through your good self. I hope something comes of this. They are splendid.

CB3 Acoustic Trio were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. I hired them after seeing them playing at the Mailcoach in Northampton and booked them on the spot! Charlotte has a fantastic voice and they really got our party started! They are all so lovely and have such a great selection of songs, they could play something for every occasion! I would definitely recommend them to play at any event you are planning 💕✨

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Clients love the authenticity of our performances, as they feel very real and intimate. We are also very flexible, and have played small and intimate sets, as well as large scale festivals. We are very different to what lots of other bands offer, and we bridge the gap between an acoustic duo and a full band. We offer a band feel for a fraction of the price!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have played all over the country for both private weddings and parties, and public events and gigs. We have played festivals, pubs, clubs and bars all around the country, in places such as Halifax, Leeds, Huddersfield, Liverpool, Dudley, Lincoln, Nottingham to Northampton and most places in between!!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We are most influenced by acoustic pop artists such as George Ezra and Ed Sheeran.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Our highest profile gig has been the North Leeds Food Festival. We played the North Leeds Food Festival in May 2022, which had nearly 5000 attendees, and are booked for both the Heaton Park Food Festival and Harrogate Food Festival later in the year.

Do you have different line-up options?

We have lineup options from an acoustic duo (guitar and vocals) up to a 12 piece ensembe, with full brass and string sections. Our band lineup can consist of drums, guitar, bass, vocals, violin, cello, saxophone (alto, tenor and bass), trpmbone, keyboard and percussion, depending what you require!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £150.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course! This is your event and we want you and your guests to all have an amazing time. Included in all of our prices is up to 5 requests outside of our standard setlist, but we're happy to play any of the songs from our setlist.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our professional PA and lighting system is included in your quote. It is all insured and PAT tested.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. The first 5 requests are free, but there is a fee of £15 per song after that, to take into account extra rehearsal time needed.
