Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If timings change in the run up to the event, just let us know as soon as possible. We will always try our best to be flexible to make sure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

How much time do you need to set up?

We generally travel quite light so will arrive about 1 hour prior to the performance time to allow for set up and any sound checking required.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We will create a set list that suits your event but if there are any particular songs you’d like us to include (or even leave out) just let us know.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

If your venue is able to provide 4 chairs for us, that would be brilliant but we can also bring our own if this is not possible. Otherwise, we will bring everything else!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a particular song isn’t included in our song list, we might still know it. Is there is a special song you’d like us to learn, we are happy to do with. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc
