Brian Cattigan- 20 years experience of gigging. I play every week doing Weddings, Corporates, Functions and Bars. I play all sections of weddings, be it Ceremony, Drinks Receptions, Wedding Meals or Main Evening Receptions. I am very adaptable to all types of gigs and very responsive on the admin side of things too. Background-I Started off doing original material, playing the likes of King Tuts, Barrowlands, ABC and a lot of other venues all over Scotland. Nowadays, it's mostly cover gigs at Weddings, Bars, Corporates and Functions. It has been for about 15 years now. I can’t say enough about Brian. We had a very small wedding at Neidpath Castle. Brian communicated well throughout, sent me song lists to choose from, arrived early to set up, and played every song amazingly well. He has a fantastic voice and covered every genre (and he spanned MANY-from traditional folk to Yaz to Aretha to Mumford and Sons….endless!). We had a great time!

Brian what can we say!!!! Thank you. You were amazing. Our guest are still all talking about you. You had everyone up dancing and made our wedding perfect. You sang our 1st dance to perfection and champagne supernova just hit the spot!!! We would recommend Brian 100% amazing! Thanks again :)

Arrive 45mins-1hour before performance. Play the drinks reception and then move equipment to the Wedding Meal area & perform again. This is a rough estimate price-that can be lowered or increased depending on travel time.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My ability to know what the crowd are after. I am great at keeping in touch, taking any requests and very flexible to meet the clients needs. My experience helps with my ability to know how events work, which enables me to be professional and punctual.

Definitely. This is a part of my gigs that i really enjoy. Im a massive music fan.

Certainly. Always open to requests and its good to learn something out of the norm.
