Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We are a fairly new band so we are looking forward to playing at a variety of venues.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Nina Simone, Dr John, Jon Batiste.
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
Yes, We will not take a book if she not available! The keyboard player runs the band so will be present. Bass and drums may possibly be deps if really necessary.
Do you have different line-up options?
Standard lineup is: Vocals/Sax, Keys, Bass, Drums.
Instrumental trop lineups of: Sax, Keys, Bass or Keys, Bass, Drums are available
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
Small changes are not a problem. Significant changes to the amount of time we will need to be present at the venue will require a reassessment of the fee.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
We can play music through the PA between sets or allow the client to by prior arrangement. If this is required after the final set then there will be a charge for this facility.
How much time do you need to set up?
1.5 hours. We can play music through our PA once that is set up - minimum 30mins before performance time.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, with sufficient advanced notice.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Our PA system is included in your quote. We usually require a minimum of 3m by 3m space to perform.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
We can learn songs if we feel it fits within our set; if there are multiple this may incur an additional fee.
