Blue Note are a highly experienced jazz band featuring some of the finest jazz musicians in the south of England.

Blue Note provide high quality jazz music for your event. Music ranges from Jazz standards by the likes of Gershwin and Porter, through Brazilian and Latin American music by the likes of Jobim and Bonfa, to Pop staples by the Beatles, Norah Jones and Ray Charles. Between them they have over 50 years experience and have worked with leading artists from all over the world. They have performed at prestigious venues in the UK and Europe including Ronnie Scott’s, The 606 Club, Royal Festival Hall, The Barbican, Isle of Wight Festival, and Bergerac Jazz Festival. Blue Note are very flexible with regard to the ensemble line up, dress code, set and playing times in order to meet the requirements of the client exactly.

Blue note Jazz band was on time and communication was good. I was a bit concerned that they had a long break when I have to work for 4.5 hours for a 15 min break as a nurse. I was disappointed that they played Night and Day 3 times and the song in their video x2 times. No one else noticedbut I was disappointed.

Hi Jenny Thanks for having us on Saturday. We had some lovely feedback from the guests, who were grateful for us playing their song request. Everyone seemed to be having a lovely time and we had some great dancing ! I'm a little puzzled by your comments - we had a short 15 minute break between the 2 sets ( as per the contract). We only played Night and Day once near the end of the gig, and we played only one of the songs from the video ( honeysuckle rose) once - perhaps that's why no one else noticed? Regards David Smith
