Blue Cafe Jazz Trio

The Blue Cafe Jazz Trio blend their unique style of performing Tin Pan Alley Jazz Standards and haunting originals to suit any occasion requested. Accompanying Magdalena on the vocals and harp are 2 of the best jazz improvising musicians in the UK - Terry Seabrook on piano and Shane Hill on guitar - each capable of holding an audience spellbound. At the centre of the band are the bewitching vocals and harp playing of Magdalena Reising that evoke Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald but in the end are as individual, fresh and original as the band accompanying her. They have each performed internationally as well as many of London s top venues including Ronnie Scotts, Cafe de Paris and Pizza Express Dean St. They are currently promoting Magdalena s 12th studio album called 'Songs from the Heart' which features as special guest - the legendry jazz guitarist Jim Mullen who has been and continues to be a great inspiration for Shane Hill. There is already great interest in this double length album. It is a labour of love from one great jazz guitarist to another enhanced by the glorious voice of Magdalena and the brilliant improvisations of Terry Seabrook.
