My name is Blanca de Arteaga and I'm a singer. I’m trilingual, which means I sing in English, Spanish and French. I mainly sing R&B, soul, funk, and pop but since I also speak Spanish and french I also do pop (and other genres) from those countries. I have been trained with 6 years of lyrical singing, 4 years of modern singing, plus a bachelor's degree in performance and songwriting at the prestigious LIPA University of the Arts. Moreover, I already have experience doing function gigs in pubs, mainly in Liverpool and some in London. I can come alone with a backing track, with a guitarist/pianist if wanted or with a band (if it’s in London because of the teansport). Last, I also have my artist project (Miss Blanche) where I sing my original music which is R&B inspired from the 90’s.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to be flexible and make the best that I can to make it happen. If I have a band, then I would have to know it in advance (around 1 months) and depending on them I might need to charge more or not. (Eg: I need another bass player and he charges more than mine)

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I could provide my laptop with a playlist, but sadly not Dj set.

How much time do you need to set up?

Depending on the gig (with or without band) and if the place has the equipment or I bring it.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Of my playlist, any you want! If you want specific ones, you can pic up till 7, if more I’ll have to charge a bit more.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Depends on where it is and how many people do I bring, but I’m always open to negotiating!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes I can (of course depends of the number of songs and days that I have)
