Bethany-Hannah Winteringham, soprano, completed her undergraduate studies at Leeds Conservatoire, achieving a 1st class degree in Classical Voice. Bethany-Hannah participated in masterclasses with Joseph Middleton, Iestyn Davies, Yvonne Howard & David Cowan of Opera North and is under the mentorship of Victoria Sharp (Soprano). Career highlights include the York Proms, Countryfile Live at Castle Howard, Belinda in Dido and Aeneas, debuting A Yorkshire Nativity and singing in York’s Guildhall for the Lord Lieutenant of North Yorkshire and York Civic Party. Bethany-Hannah recently performed in Leeds Opera Festival 2022 in the brand-new touring opera 'POWER'. In addition, Bethany-Hannah is a recital-artist; been featured in the Lunchtime Recital series at St Paul's Masbrough Church and Wakefield Cathedral and held solo recitals at York Unitarian Chapel. She also sings Musical Theatre and has sung roles such as Laurey (Oklahoma!), Hodel (Fiddler on the Roof) and Maria (West Side Story).

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No worries - just get in touch with me and we can work around the new times.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I cannot.

How much time do you need to set up?

Approximately 30 minutes - longer if a sound check is required!

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Of course! If you are unsure on what music you're after, I am more than happy to offer suggestions based on the event information you have provided me with.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I do indeed!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes. If a song is not included in my list, I may already know it, so please just ask. If it is new to me, meaning I would need to learn it for this specific event, a small extra fee will be charged. This fee varies on the complexity of the piece in question.
