Which artists have you been most influenced by?
I absolutely adore Elly Ameling, Renee Fleming, Katherine Battle, and Barbara Bonney. My musical theatre idol is probably Sierra Boggess.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Perhaps the York Proms!
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
No worries - just get in touch with me and we can work around the new times.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
I cannot but wouldn't that be cool.
How much time do you need to set up?
Approximately 30 minutes - longer if a sound check is required!
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Of course! If you are unsure on what music you're after, I am more than happy to offer suggestions based on the event information you have provided me with.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
I do indeed! I can supply amplification and a microphone if necessary.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
Yes. If a song is not included in my list, I may already know it, so please just ask.
If it is new to me, meaning I would need to learn it for this specific event, a small extra fee will be charged. This fee varies on the complexity of the piece in question.
