Benjamin Jones

Benjamin Jones was born in Oxford and took up the cello at the unusually late age of eighteen, studying with Corinne Frost. He began studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama after only two years of learning and graduated with first class honours in 2014. During his studies, Benjamin has performed widely throughout the United Kingdom as a recitalist, chamber musician and orchestral musician, frequently appearing as section principal. Having begun his studies at RWCMD with Alice Neary, Benjamin completed postgraduate studies under Nikki Thomas and now lives in London.
