Ben Stinson

Shortly after beginning to learn the piano aged 6, Ben began experimenting with his own melodies. His real interest in writing music began when he attended Sutton Grammar School in Sutton, Greater London - access to Garageband meant he was able to take composing to the next level, layering different sounds to form instrumental tracks. Ben added the drum kit and guitar to his repertoire at ages 10 and 12 respectively and when he reached the age of 15, he began to write songs. Inspired by Ed Sheeran, The Script and Snow Patrol, Ben focused his attention on the guitar and played his first gig just after turning 17 at Wimbledon Bookfest’s Gig Night hosted by Radio X’s John Kennedy. October 2018 brought the release of ‘Inexperience’, Ben Stinson’s first EP.
