Biography – Ben Staz My name is Ben Staz, and I’m a solo male vocalist based in Cheshire with one clear mission every time I step on stage: to deliver a show that leaves people talking long after the last song has ended. Music has been part of me for as long as I can remember, but my journey really began at the age of twelve. That’s when I discovered my voice – and with it, my love for the kind of big, emotional songs that stop people in their tracks. Power ballads became my world, and from an early age I realised that singing wasn’t just something I enjoyed; it was something I needed to do. I’ve always been drawn to the singers who don’t just perform songs but bring them to life with every note – artists like Whitney Houston, Tom Jones, and even the operatic force of Pavarotti.
