We booked Ben for a charity event for some jazz as background music for our 130 anniversary reception. They provided an excellent atmosphere are were very flexible when we changed some timings mid event. A great experience!

Fantastic band. Communication was great. The event was held in a Cambridge college and required many different forms which was no issue for them. They arrived on time on the evening to set up etc. The played during our James Bond themed company dinner. I had asked them to play a few James Bond themes, to which the accommodated to without any problems. Truly perfect and did exactly what I needed them to do. Strongly recommend these talented men.

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes. We can play with Drum and Double Bass

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request - price depends on timings

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Usually tunes are called on the day between the musicians as per the Jazz tradition and the set list is a rough guide of our favourites. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event. We can do new request for a small fee - please see below

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote. We usually require a minimum of 2.5m by 2.5m space to perform

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
