Behan's Footsteps are two brothers based in West Yorkshire who play exhilarating and soulful Celtic folk music, also available for Ceilidh's. The brothers come from the folk club tradition and have been surrounded by Celtic music from a young age. They are a versatile duo who mainly work with instrumental music on violin and accordion/piano but can also provide both guitar and vocals. Behan's Footsteps travel internationally as musicians and are happy to provide their own amplification. Besides their work as folk musicians, both brothers were classically, conservatoire trained and play multiple other genres and in other bands. These genres include Classical Music, Klezmer, Tango, Jazz among many others. Please get in touch with any requests!

Behan’s Footateps played at my husband’s retirement party. They were very friendly and were fantastic. It was very cold and windy but they smiled through it and were very flexible. 10/10

Behan’s Footsteps came to play at my husband’s 60th birthday party, they were absolutely fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing good music at their event. They responded very quickly to my queries and requests and were an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would hire them again if we have another ‘do’
