I had the pleasure of working with Barney as a freelance drummer for a recent corporate gig of mine, and I can't say enough about his incredible talent, work-ethic and musical ability. He had very little notice of said gig and somehow learnt over an hour and half’s worth of songs, down to every last beat. His craft was truly outstanding and his stage presence helped put all at ease and made for a hugely successful gig. Barney's ability to adapt to different musical styles and his attention to detail made him an invaluable asset to our set. I would highly recommend Barney to anyone in need of a skilled and versatile drummer. He's not just a drummer; he's a rhythmic genius! And to top it all, he’s one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. If I had more than 5 stars, I would give him every last one of them! Highly recommend.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

This is usually provided by the band leader or in house.

How much time do you need to set up?

Setup is usually an hour depending on whether you've booked me for drums or percussion. This is to avoid any rushing. However if you need a quick setup and it is pre arranged, I am happy to do so.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I will play the sets given by the band leader or if performing with a DJ, the playlist will be determined by them.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I supply all drums/percussionist as needed.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I am happy to learn specified pieces with prior agreement and adequate time. There is an additional fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal time etc.
