Aylesbury Consort of Voices is a semi-professional choir of 16 members performing music from the sixteenth century to the present day - in concerts as well as private events, most recently at Hartwell House Hotel, as well as special church services, including memorials, weddings and funerals. Conducted by Edwin Pitt Mansfield, our repertoire ranges from the renaissance through to lighter jazz classics and contemporary pieces. We would be delighted to work together with you to come up with the most suitable repertoire to make your special occasion truly memorable. Some recent feedback on our performances: “A lovely afternoon listening to a moving performance from this wonderful a capella choir. Highly commendable.” James G., Gt Missenden 10 September 2023 “A wonderful evening by truly talented performers“ Dave W., Penn Street 6 November 2021 “You sent shivers…with the powerfulness of the performances” Sue C., 11 November 2021 “…my ears were treated to the sound of the most accomplished unaccompanied choir“ “…your performances were the high point of the evening” John D., 11 November 2021 “A truly magical experience!” Mike T., Hardwick 21st Oct. 2017 “As good as any professional choir I have ever heard!” Douglas R., Stansted Church 13th May 2017 “Absolutely stunning and very moving. What a wonderful consort/concert!” Cathy H., March 2018 “It was lovely to listen to a choir that benefited from some younger adult voices, and engaged well with their audience. We were also treated to some beautiful arrangements of well-known and lesser well-known choral compositions.”

“What a fantastic choir. From an audience member’s point of view, the sound was exquisite, the choir was friendly, programme full of nice details, and the music choice was on point. From a concert manager’s point of view, this is a professional outfit which took on themselves all the hard work, making my job so easy! One of the best choirs we’ve hosted on every level”
