We are Aurelia Blue, a contemporary fusion trio based in Newcastle upon Tyne, experimenting with Jazz, Bossa Nova, Neo-soul, RnB, and Pop.

Our sound blends smooth vocals, expressive melodies, and rich chords, shaped by our different musical backgrounds - Lauren coming from jazz and soul, Alex from folk, and Ciara from classical - all brought together while studying on the music degree at Newcastle University. We're all about creating intimate moments through music that feels warm, lyrical, and easy to connect with. We are adaptable and versatile with our material and capable of delivering a high-quality performance for your special event.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our possible line-up's are as follows: - Vocals, Guitar, Violin (most requested) - Vocals, Keys, Violin - Vocals, Guitar - Vocals, Keys - Vocals, (live looping of Guitar and Bass), Violin - Vocals, (live looping of Guitar, Bass, and Keys), Violin

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event, just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide a Spotify service. This is a really popular request, and we offer it for free before and between our sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the start of our performance. As soon as our PA is set up, we can provide a free Spotify service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can you roam around while you perform?

Due to technical requirements, we solely perform with microphones and stationary.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set list is crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to discuss and make sure we find what works best for you and your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and mixing desk are included in our quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there are any special songs you would like us to perform that are not included in our song list, we are more than happy to learn up to 3 songs for free if you inform us at least 2 weeks before the performance date.
