April J. Phillips

Mezzo-soprano April Phillips is currently in the second year of her Masters of Music, and is currently studying with professor of voice William Wilson. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Oregon where she studied with Dr. Karen Esquivel. She has performed as Secrecy/Summer in Henry Purcell's The Fairy Queen, Mistress Quickly in Verdi's Falstaff, Terentia in John Duke's Captain Lovelock, Hänsel in Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel, Médée in Charpentier’s Médée, and Miss Todd in Menotti’s The Old Maid and the Thief.
