Apolline Khou

Apolline Khou is a French harpsichordist and pianist, currently Carne Junior Fellow at the Royal College of Music. She has been performing at prestigious venues including the Musée des Archives Nationales in Paris, the Château de Maintenon, the London Early Music Festival, Trinity College in Cambridge, Raynham Hall and Hatchand's Park. In 2017, she has been awarded the Debussy prize at the International piano competition of Ile de France. She was invited by the LGT Young Soloists Ensemble to do a recording with them at the legendary Abbey Road studios, and in 2021 she has been performing in the new Museum of the Royal College of Music as a soloist for HRH the Prince of Wales, playing a historical English harpsichord from 1773. During her studies, Apolline was a Linda Hill Scholar supported by the Charles Colt scholarship, and also supported by the Safran foundation, by Soroptimist, and by the Kathleen Trust.
