Customer questions

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

The Barbican, Birmingham Symphony Hall, De Montfort Hall, Konzerthaus Berlin, Leeds Town Hall, Nottingham Royal Concert Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Sage Gateshead, Sheldonian Theatre, Snape Maltings Concert Hall, Westminster Hall.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change in the run up to the event just let me know as soon as possible.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive at the venue to set up 1 hour before the performance time.

Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?

Yes - all travel costs are included in my quotes.

Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?

None at all - my instrument is played acoustically so I don't need any equipment. If it is raining then I will need full cover or to perform indoors as my instrument is valuable and could be damaged.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, absolutely. You are very welcome to let me know your preferences from my repertoire list.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, of course. This is something I’m very happy to discuss prior to making the booking.

Aoife played for my daughter’s wedding, it was a late decision to have a harpist but I am so pleased that we did. Aoife played during the church ceremony ,this was a complete surprise for my daughter, and her sister accompanied Aoife for the signing of the register. They were able to meet and practice just prior to the ceremony and Aoife showed her adaptability and true professionalism in being able to support my daughter during her performance. After the ceremony Aoife played for the wedding guests at the venue. Her music created a relaxed and beautiful backdrop whilst the guests met and mingled. So many who attended commented on Aoife’s wonderful playing and what her performance added to the event. Aoife was both conscientious ,arriving in plenty of time for the wedding and generous with the time she spent with us. Aoife’s performance was a magical part of a fabulous day.Thank you so much.
