We are a London based ceilidh band, but travel extensively, at home and abroad. Set List included here.

I qualified as a pianist and opera singer in the nineties, but always had a ceilidh band, which we loved. At that point it was an all girl band, before the Spice Girls! We have performed widely at home and abroad, including TV and radio appearances. Our lineup can be 2, 3, or 4 people, depending upon your budget, and we all have transport and our own PA system, instruments and mics. We perform every weekend at weddings, private functions, festivals and parties. Please note we get a lot of gigs, so early booking is essential. A list of our dances is on the songlist tab here. I call the dances, and get involved, dancing with audience members to demonstrate, prizes for the best dancers, competitions etc. I can use radio mics to call from the dancefloor or perform on keyboard and call too. We also provide backing music throughout the interval, and I can play/sing Celtic songs for you while you wind down, or eat a meal.

Customer questions

Can you perform covers?

Yes, just ask and we will oblige. Some covers sound a bit odd played by a ceilidh band though, if they were written for a metal band, so be warned!

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, caller/keys only, caller/keys fiddle drums, caller/keys accordion, drums

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Please let us know in advance unless an emergency, as we are often coming a distance, and want to avoid waiting for a long and unscheduled meal to finish. I am always at the end of the phone, so just message to say plans have changed.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, all good, with various playlists

How much time do you need to set up?

30 minutes minimum as we need to sound check too

Do you provide a caller?

Yes, I call all the dances (Anita) and demonstrate too!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes of course and more if you request a special one in advance

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA) included in your quote?

Yes, all equipment included.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, just message as above and we will learn, I can sightread everything so not a problem.

Anita performed and called in a ceilidh for our wedding party, which was wonderful. She also played piano solos that we had requested for our function, so it was good to have an all rounded who could do everything that day. I would have no hesitation in hiring her again.
