Andrew Richards is a freelance electric and double bassist situated in London. With nearly a decade of experience, Andrew has played some of the UK’s top venues including BBC Maida Vale Studios, Ronnie Scott’s, The Barbican, Royal Albert Hall & The Leicester Curve, the biggest theatre outside of London.
Andrew recently finished studying at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama; after being offered the bass chair for ‘Hair’ the musical at The Vaults in central London.
Having played over 250 gigs on the theatre scene in the last year alone. Andrew has built his reputation as one of the most reliable players on the scene.
