What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients love my versatility, and that I'm equally at home performing in many different styles, in all types of settings. They also appreciate my excellent organisation and communication skills.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
I'm very fortunate to have performed at many different venues over the years, but I'll never forget Buckingham Palace and The Barbican!
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
I have been heavily influenced by artists from all eras, everything from Frank Sinatra, through The Beatles and Queen, to Michael Bublé and Ed Sheeran. There are too many to mention, but I love performing all these artists' songs!
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Singing for members of the Royal Family at a Buckingham Palace Christmas concert and carol service.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
If timings change slightly, just let me know as soon as possible and hopefully I'll be able to accommodate. I'll certainly try my best!
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes! While I'm setting up, I'd be happy to provide background music up to 30 minutes before my first set, then between sets too.
How much time do you need to set up?
I normally arrive at the venue in good time, and need around 45 minutes to set up, or 30 minutes if it's a smaller venue. As soon as I'm set up, I can provide a free playlist to help create the atmosphere for you and your guests, before the live performance.
If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?
Absolutely - as long as the piano is in working order and in tune, then I'm happy to play on it!
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes! Just let me know at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. I am constantly adding songs to my list, and my set lists are based on many varied performances, discovering what works best to make sure guests have a brilliant time!
Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?
Yes, I bring my own piano and PA system.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
If a song isn't on the playlist, there's still a chance that I already know it. If I'm unfamiliar with a song that you request, that's no problem - I'm happy to learn it to make your event extra special. Please let me know at least 2 weeks before the event, and there is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
