Anastasia Pettinato

Hi, My name is Anastasia Pettinato, I have played Drums and Clarinet solos (grade 8) in public events (charity, concerts, local pubs) since age 9. I also play keys and basic guitar. I performed in two musicals with a wide range of percussion instruments, including Timpani as well as Bass Clarinet in Classical/Jazz Orchestras. I toured Europe with Concert/Jazz band, playing Drums, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet. I was in Athens Greece, where I performed on drums with George Gaudy & Sun band at the Gagarin 205. During this tour, we played and released an interview for the Greek radio enlefko. I regularly perform in London's storical venues - The Water Rats, the Hope & Anchor, The Moritz Club etc. I took part in a European tour and video recording with the Bangla artist Pritom Ahmed. Recently, I performed at Reading Festival 2022 with LoveLoba and at Loud Women Festival as a session drummer and sound effects producer for the band, Bugeye. At the moment, I am supporting rhythms for the duo New Morning Blues in the three days tour ending on 10/09/22 in Soho at the Spice of Life. I released an interview to the ICMP Marketing Team focusing on my project to empower women's image in the music industry. They will record my videos in their online magazine. I am a proficient sight-reader Clarinet/Drums. I have a solid theoretical musicianship (GCSE/A level Music). I compose regularly using Sibelius/Logic-pro. I sang for 7 years in classical choirs as a Soprano with a wide vocal range. I hold a 2:1 degree in Music Performance specialism Drums. I have access to recording studios and finest equipment to pursue any music project. During my performances, I use Zijldjan A Custom cymbals, Mapex Black Panther Series- Sledgehammer snare drum and a Roland SPD-SX. I am available for sessions, functions, tour, live music.
