American Sax Man has been delivering his signature sound to countless parties and events across the UK since he arrived here from America in 2015. Whether he's playing alongside DJ's or some of the UK's top bands, he will 100% get people moving their bodies! Drawing from many different styles and utilizing his impressive technique and smooth sound, American Sax Man is sure to get you movin' and groovin' to his soulful saxophone playing. Unlike many sax players who play with DJ's, American Sax Man has been playing sax from an early age and over the years has mastered many different styles of sax playing including blues, jazz, funk, soul, rock 'n' roll, & pop. While playing alongside DJ's he uses a perfect blend of all these styles to freestyle over Ibiza-style house music and old school dance anthems. Always stylish and professional, he loves interacting with everyone out on the dance floor, encouraging people to let loose and have a ball. We had jeff for my sisters wedding, he was absolutely amazing! Played all the bangers new and old and was a lovely touch to the wedding .. would highly recommend.. would definitely use jeff again!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I will bring a lot of high energy and high quality sax playing to your event! People love how I create a real party atmosphere which can help them get the courage to move their bodies on the dancefloor. Feel free to read through some reviews to get an idea of what clients have loved.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Playing at Glastonbury was quite an experience! Hoping to go back soon!!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

In most cases this will be perfectly fine and I will be accommodate your new times. I will certainly do my best to make it work!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

In situations where you haven't hired a DJ I may be able to use my own PA and provide a sort of hybrid DJ service if you would like me to. Please note this will incur an additional fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

My setup time is usually quite short (about 20-30 minutes) since in most cases I will just be connecting my wireless microphone to your DJ's PA. In the case where I have supplied my own PA, setup time will take slightly longer.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I do!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If it is a song that lends itself to having sax play along with, i am happy to learn it as long as there is plenty of time to do so. In the case of last minute bookings (within a week or two of the event), i may not have time to learn new songs.
