Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients love our energy, guitar solos, fun-nature, epic drum fills, vocal harmonies, professionalism, and overall talent. Clients also love it when we read the audience well and when we see a song going down well often loop the chorus over and over and get the whole place singing along from the top of their lungs. It's very good fun!
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We have performed at 222 venues in the past (and multiple times at many of those!) Here's a short list, but it's by no means exhaustive :)
170 Queen's Gate
Adam & Eve
Anantara Eastern Mangroves
Anran
Army Training Centre
Ashwells
Audley's Wood Hotel
Aviva Centre
AX Seashells Resort at Suncrest
Babraham Hall Sports and Social Club
Bailiffs House
Bakers Farm
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Foo Fighters, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Arctic Monkeys, Biffy Cliro, The Killers, Royal Blood, Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Fleetwood Mac, Oasis, Blur, AC/DC, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Queen, Elvis Presley, Guns & Roses, Jimmi Hendrix, David Bowie, The Klash, Eagles, The Kings of Leon, Green Day, Nirvana, Blink182, & Kaiser Chiefs.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
We have performed for the British Museum's themed night 'Americana', which included VIP guests such as Naughty Boy.
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-auditioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band, our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.
Do you have different line-up options?
Our line-up is as follows: Lead vocalist/guitarist, bassist, drummer with backing vocals. We also have a 4-piece option that includes a lead guitarist.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event just let us know. Our usual policy is that the band can be on-site for up to 7 hours before midnight without incurring additional fees.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a Professional DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional fee (£250 for Saturdays, £125 for non-Saturdays).
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, you're welcome to select from our 250 song repertoire. Alternatively, you can give the reins to us, as we have tried and tested setlists from countless performances and know what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote. We usually require a minimum of 3m by 4m space to perform. But we can squeeze into smaller spaces or stretch out if needs be.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Every booking gets ones 'off the menu' song request for free. If there is more than one special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £58 for this service to take into account practice and rehearsal times etc.
