Alice & Friends are a professional acoustic duo based in London performing a wide repertoire of classic and modern covers with their own unique blend of Pop and Soul. Warm and silky vocals combined with soulful guitar will create a classy atmosphere at any event. From chilled sets to upbeat ones to get the guests dancing, the duo can tailor their sound to suit your event's mood. They have performed at numerous weddings, prestigious London venues and private members clubs including The Mandarin Oriental, Tramp Club (Mayfair), The Dutch Embassy, Upstairs at Ronnie Scott’s, 67 Pall Mall (Green Park), Omeara, St. Pancras Old Church, Moth Club, Oslo Hackney, Sofar Sounds, The Green Note, BBC Introducing Live, Pizza Express Holborn. Alice is a solo pop artist and singer-songwriter and has been performing live from a young age. She studied vocals at the exclusive 'Accademia of Alta Formazione di canto' in Verona, and songwriting at ACM London - Academy of Contemporary Music. With her solo project of original songs she has amassed over 5 million streams on Spotify and garnered critical acclaim from online tastemakers including Clash Magazine. Her single 'Open Up' was the lead soundtrack to the Hollyoaks summer trailer in 2021, her songs entered the iTunes Pop Charts and have been played on BBC Radio 1.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Alice’s uniquely warm and silky voice and professionalism. We have a great selection of songs that we perform with our own unique blend of Soul and Pop.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Playing 2 sold out shows at Shrewsbury Abbey supporting Dan Owen in 2021, to 1000 people.

Do you have different line-up options?

We offer two options: - Duo: vocals and guitar. - Duo: vocals, guitar and piano.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free in between our sets. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes, if performing acoustically with an acoustic guitar and vocals, both un-amplified. We also have a battery powered amp which can be used in remote locations with no power.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Absolutely, we are happy for you to pick the songs you prefer from our repertoire.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

PA Hire is included. Lighting is not but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, we are happy to learn up to 3 song requests outside of our repertoire included in our price! We can learn more as well (there may be a small additional fee for rehearsals, unless we already know the songs).
