Ale has played at my place (Nati's Whole Foods) several times and it's always been a pleasure having him. People really enjoy his music and the atmosphere he creates. He plays his own compositions but also some well-known songs in his own style. He's a very good guitarist, always professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Customer questions

What do your clients love most about your performances?

The intimate, atmospheric quality of the music and the unexpected richness of sound created by a single classical guitar. Audiences particularly enjoy the combination of evocative original compositions and imaginative arrangements of familiar songs.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I've performed at a variety of venues across London, including Holy Cross Church during Bloomsbury Festival, La Pizzica and Nati's in Fulham, and St James' Court, A Taj Hotel, Westminster, alongside appearances at cultural festivals, intimate restaurants and private events.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

My musical influences include Al Lethbridge, Antonio Forcione, Radiohead, Nina Simone, Chris Spedding, Gustavo Santaolalla, Robin Guthrie and Ed O'Brien.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

One of my proudest performances was my own headline ticketed show at La Pizzica in Fulham, London.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I understand that event schedules can change, and I'm always happy to be flexible where possible. Just let me know as early as you can, and we'll work together to accommodate any adjustments.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I'm happy to play a carefully selected background music playlist before and between my sets. I can help maintain a relaxed, elegant atmosphere throughout your event.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually allow 30–45 minutes to set up and soundcheck, depending on the venue and equipment requirements. I always aim to be ready well before guests arrive.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely! You're welcome to select your favourites from my repertoire. I'm also happy to recommend a programme that suits your occasion.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I bring my classical guitar, battery-powered amplifier and effects equipment, allowing me to perform in almost any setting without needing access to mains electricity. I'm also happy to connect to the venue's PA system where available, ensuring the best possible sound for your event.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Of course! I'm happy to discuss special requests, particularly songs with personal significance. If a piece isn't already in my repertoire, I can often create a bespoke instrumental arrangement for an additional fee, depending on its complexity and preparation time.
