Alex Tan is a French singer and songwriter who has been singing since the age of 6. She grew up learning the piano and the guitar. At the age of 17, she was chosen to be part of the first edition of The Voice - France, and this wonderful experience contributed to her training as a professional singer giving her great visibility within the French music scene and allowing her to perform in many of the best clubs in Paris and share the stage with big names like Charlie Puth, Michael Jones and Joyce Jonathan. The following year, she was financed by the crowdfunding label My Major Company to record her first EP. She is now based in London England for her musical projects where she performs regularly either solo or with different function bands for many events (cruises ship, weddings, festivals etc) and developing her own project with original music.

Alex was the perfect choice for our wedding reception, the guests were mesmerised by her killer vocals and are still talking about it months later. She also learnt an additional new song for our first dance which made our day even more magical! I would definitely recommend.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My clients usually are really happy with my performances as I sing their favourite tunes while making them my own.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed at weddings, private functions, festivals, clubs, bars and restaurants all over the UK and Europe.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I sang a duet with Charlie Puth on French national radio (NRJ), which you can find on my Encore profile!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always try my best to accommodate you as much as I can and be flexible as long as you let me know and give me enough notice!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can absolutely do that free of charge and you can let me know what kind of music you want to be played so that your guests have the best time.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually need around an hour for set up and as soon as this is done I can provide a playlist until the start of the performance.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, I'm definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I bring everything to your event, you don't have to worry!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I'm happy to do this for you.
